The basis of pâté is a top-grade pasted chicken liver, previously soaked in cognac. According to the traditional recipe, we add carrots, and according to the improved recipe - white onions and raisins, which are supplied to us on special order. Pate has a delicate texture due to butter and natural cream. We use a moderate amount of salt and nothing else.
The secret ingredient is conscience (even a drop is enough to create a masterpiece).
